H >> RR Concrete is specifically designed to achieve high strengths at short ages for specific or emergency applications.

PROMSA has created this product adapted to achieve 25Mpa in 48h terms, at fluid and liquid consistencies.

Field of application

• Indoor and outdoor pavements.
• Pavements for scales.
• Screeds from 15 cm.
• Bases for cranes, electric towers, wind turbines, etc.
• Elements that require quick availability.
• Emergency repairs.

Benefits

• Resistant: It allows to obtain adequate resistance to reduce execution time and commissioning.
• Efficient: Removal of formwork and shoring within 48 hours after application.
• It allows road traffic at 48 hours.
• Compatible with all types of fibers: polymeric, glass, metallic, etc. replacing the assembly.
• The open time of the concrete is 90 min (the same as that of a conventional concrete)..

Application system

• Direct pouring, with pump or by cupola.
• Cuts every 5 linear meters.
• In extreme temperature conditions it will be necessary to adopt measures for an adequate curing of the concrete. The indications contemplated in the EHE articles: 71.5.3.1 and 71.5.3.2 will be followed for a correct cure.

Special features:

• The conservation of the control test tubes on site during the first 24 hours will be in accordance with the EHE-08 instruction.
• The breakage of test tubes at 48 hours will be carried out after their conservation for a minimum period of 24 hours in normalized conditions in a humid chamber.
