HALF concrete is a light self-compacting product with fibers that provides great strength while relieving weight to the global structure.

Its pumping capacity and its self-levelling property make HALF an innovative product to be used in both, rehabilitation works and new constructions.

This product has been patented Num. P200902245 and PROMSA is the exclusive licensee of its exploitation rights.

Field of application

•  Rehabilitation of one-way joist slabs, wrought with decking plate.

Characteristics

• Product traceability. Since it is manufactured in a concrete plant, it is a homogeneous material, its characteristics will be constant and controlled.
• Application. The pumpability and self-compacting and self-levelling ability make for a very efficient application: quick, clean and safe.

Application system

• Always by specialised teams.
• It can be done using a cupola or by pouring or pumping it directly, based on the requirements of the works and the accesses to the pouring points.
• Preparation of the surface and placements of levels.
• Deaerating process, after application.
