GRAVEL CEMENT

Resistant, stable, durable

Homogeneous mixture of noble aggregates, cement, water and additives mixed at a plant. Noble aggregate is used in its manufacture, natural or from crushing, it is clean, solid and resistant. They meet the quality, plasticity and granule composition characteristics arising from the PG3.

It brings greater resistance than soil-cement, thanks to its cement content of at least 3.5%, this percentage adapts based on the resistance required by the product. The ideal material for road surfaces.

Field of application

This product is used as a replacement for the foundation of roads.

Application system

• The instructions indicated in the PG3 must be followed, verifying first the prior surface and its characteristics, spreading the material, compacting it and carrying out the particular curing process.
• The material is transported from the manufacturing plant to the site, using dumper trucks, being it possible to install a manufacturing plant on site.
