Mixture of aggregates, cement, water and additives, dosed and mixed at a concrete manufacturing plant.

Its quality provides strength characteristics that comply with the specific legal requirements. Based on their application on site, it can be used as mass concrete, reinforced concrete and pre and post-tested concrete.

Field of Application

• Mass: walls, pavements in light traffic areas. Construction of dikes in the shape of dice for port, crane counterweight or in filling concretes.
• Reinforced concrete: building structures, bridges and other works. Used in foundations, slabs, columns, walls, screens, pylons, etc.
• Pre and Post-tested Concrete: in elements that are manufactured on-site and, later, installed in their point of use: beams, bridge decks, walls, etc.

Benefits

Fresh concrete is a mouldable material, which allows it to adapt to any geometric shape.

• Mass concrete: quick system and easy to apply with a small team. Homogeneous product and easy to transport to the point of use.
• Reinforced concrete: its specific formulation and the placement on-site with the reinforcement, provides compressive strength and the necessary tensile to transfer its features to the structures.
• Pre and Post-tested Concrete: it allows us to have personalised profiles on site. It provides the same load requests, with a bottom beam section, gaining in free space. It is the cleanest and quickest system to make a structure.

Application System

• Mass concrete: is the one used in a formwork, without reinforcement and has compressive strength.
• Reinforced concrete: requires an inner reinforcement to offer tensile strength
• Pre and Post-tested concrete: it is used to conform a prefabricated element, applying tension on the reinforcement, before or after the pouring of concrete into the mold. In all cases, concrete can be directly poured through a cupola, pump or in a self-compacting way.
