The solution to light insulating screeds

PROLIGHT is a mix of cement, water, fine aggregate and foam additives that make this product a light, resistant product with thermal and acoustic improvements with high porosity.

PROLIGHT arrives fresh and completely homogeneous at the site with a concrete mixer truck were it is pumped to the point it is to be applied quickly, efficiently and without waste.

Given its properties, it can be applied in flat roofs, sloping roofs and different fillings.

Field of application

  • Heat insulation lightweight screeds and fillings.
  • Weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing roofs.
  • Fill material that covers the installations and services such as: pipes, sanitation water, electrification, etc.
  • Filling formworks for partitioning.

Benefits

  • Lightweight. Thanks to the additives used, the product is lighter than conventional concrete (even lightweight concrete). It reduces structural loads.
  • Insulating: Thanks to the foamy and homogeneous texture, they provide the material thermal and acoustic insulation.
  • Product traceability. Since it is manufactured in a concrete plant under a strict formulation, control and manufacturing; it brings homogeneity (its characteristics will be constant and controlled at manufacturing, pouring and application).
  • Innovative Application. Thanks to its self-levelling and pumpability properties, it can be applied very efficiently: quick, clean, safe and without waste on site. Very high performance and suitable for all kind of surfaces.

Application system

Always by specialised teams.

This product is applied with pumping equipment.
