Promsa is an investee company of the GRP company (Granulated Rubber Project). In its facilities in Manresa, Disused Tyres are received, shredded and organised by size.
The GRP company has the latest technology for the shredding and screening of rubber in the shape of tyres, which after used cannot be recovered in any other way but shredding. In this production process the elements that make up the tyre are separated, to recover each element independently.
The granulation of the rubber is a 100% recycled product that comes from the shredding of tyres (DT). The nature of this subproduct and its characteristics make it a recoverable product with multiple applications at industrial, urban, construction and civil works level, based on the different granule sizes and compositions.
