Higher daily performance. Constant quality control

Hydraulic mortar by resistance or dosing. It is able to flow and cover any part or corner of the surface to be levelled, just due to its own weight, without creating segregation. Its manufacturing process includes cements, fine silica or calcareous sand centered in a established zone, specific additives and water.

The transport to the site is done on a concrete mixer truck, the placement of the material is done using a pumping system and it is applied by specialised personnel.

Field of application

  • Among the main application of this mortar, it is worth mentioning, its use as regulation basis for parquet flooring, wood, carpet, vinyl flooring, ceramic or stone products.
  • Material suitable for surface levelling and screeds. Compatible with thermal-acoustic insulation and radiant flooring.
  • Suitable for the restoration of old or battered flooring.

Benefits

  • Easy application
  • Daily performance: 400 m2.
  • Stepping time: 48 h.
  • Absence of stocks on site of cement or sand bags.
  • Without cranes and forklifts.
  • Controlled dosage.
  • Ideal planimetry of the pavement.
  • Higher resistances.
  • Use of 100% of the material Absence of waste.
  • Reduction of sound levels and their duration.

Application system

  • Cleaning of the support before the mortar is placed: remove curators, formwork release agents, dust, paints, oils.
  • Placement of the reference points of the level using laser technology.
  • Placement of a baseboard around the perimeter.
  • Pumping and spreading of the mortar.
  • Compressing and deaerating the pavement.
  • Remove by sweeping the superficial film (slurry) and dust.
  • Drying time based on the humidity of the base, determined by the nature of the material to be placed.
  • In case of using adhesives or glues, to place the final coat, the mortar surface must be scraped with a machine or a wire brush.
  • Remove the remains of dust, grease, oils, etc. from works carried out after the flooring was put down.
