DRY MORTAR

Homogeneity, cleanness and availability

Mixture of cement, aggregate and additive which, prepared at the plant, guarantees its resistance. The material is supplied in tankers and it is discharged into a silo, of around 40 t or 22 m3 capacity. The mixing on site, with the necessary water, produces as a result a homogeneous product and with the necessary quality for each use.

It can be manufactured with grey or white cement, as well as obtain special mortars in other colours. Silos have an endless belt that, apart from adding the water, extract the material and mix it. Compressed silos, another of the options we offer, allow for the transportation on wheels to any point of the site.

Field of application

The mortar can meet different characteristics, based on its resistant or that of its components. Main uses:

• Bearing or infill walls, in building envelopes, exposed works, concrete blocks, bricks, thermo-clay, etc.
• Renders.
• Floors: raised floors, fillings, supporting materials placed with glue, placement of terrazzo.
• Tile flooring and roofs.
• Tunnels (sprayed mortar)

Application system

• The mixing water will be that indicated in the product datasheet.
• The product is transported to the site using a tank truck and it will be discharged into silos that will store it and protect it against external agents.
• Silos provide the works great storage capacity in a limited space. As well as its safe use, the easy transport and the environmental benefits of always having a clean working area, without the emission of particles to the environment.
